Anshu is a Commerce Graduate from Delhi University with a PG Diploma in HR. She is a seasoned recruitment professional with over 16 years’ experience in Executive Search. She handles end-to-end search process and has worked across sectors with a focus on Banking & Financial Services, Edu Tech,Consulting, KPOs and Research & Analytics for  senior /leadership positions; she has also worked in the complex areas of Digital & Analytics hiring.

She has previously worked with ABC Consultants and Manpower Services at different levels with increasing responsibilities; her last stint was with Future Step/Korn Ferry as Project Leader for the RPO vertical.

At  Lighthouse, She works across sectors with a focus on BFSI, ITES and Education sectors.
