Ananda is a Chemical Engineer and started his career with a reputed Instrumentation Co. (Toshniwal Brothers Pvt. Ltd.). Subsequently he has spent a long time with leading Public sector organizations like Bharat Heavy Plate Vessels Ltd., Visakhapatnam and the holding company, Bharat Yantra Nigam Ltd, in the heavy Industry sector.

He has been with LHS since inception in 2005 and has played an important role in  building  the firm

He works with the MD and other Partners on Leadership/Senior searches across functions like Finance/Legal, Strategic Planning, Project Planning and Management, and IT/Digital

His sectoral competencies are in Telecom/Technology B2B, EMPI and Real Estate sectors.
